seriously I drink a smoothie basically every day... even in the winter 🙊

But I understand when people say that they’re hungry
right after they drink a smoothie and girllll, that cause you need to change up
those ingredients 😉 ⠀

Follow this smoothie formula to make sure your
smoothie keeps you full for hours and helps you lose those 15 pounds
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💫 Liquid (1-2 cups) should be low
calories/carbs like water or unsweetened nut milk! ⠀
💫 Protein (20g) always add a protein
to your smoothies babes ! You can do 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
💫 Fat (1-2 tbsp. or 1/2 ) this really
helps thicken up your smoothie so you stay full for hours ! Try adding some nut
butter, avocado or coconut
💫 Produce: I would stick to one
serving of fruit max! I love 🍓 because they’re low sugar and high
fiber! Also, adding some veggies is awesome like a handful of spinach 🍃
or frozen cauliflower rice
💫 Boosts: I love adding things to
boost the nutrition content like flax seeds, chia seeds, cacao powder, cinnamon
or whatever you want! Have fun with it girl 😉 ⠀
